1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Product Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver products in the safest and fastest way possible. Delivery time may vary depending on location and availability.

  • Customers must check the product during delivery in front of the delivery person.

  • After checking the product, the remaining payment must be paid to the delivery man, including delivery charges.

  • Once payment is completed, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

3. Advance Payment Policy

To confirm your order, customers are required to pay an advance amount of BDT 500.

  • The BDT 500 advance payment is non-refundable in all cases.
  • This advance amount is taken to confirm the order and begin processing/production.
Refund Eligibility (Only One Condition)

Advance refund will only be applicable if:

We fail to deliver your product within 15 days from the confirmed order date.

No Refund Condition

Customers cannot claim any refund for advance payment if:

  • Order is cancelled by the customer

  • Customer refuses delivery after order confirmation

  • Customer changes mind after placing the order

  • Delivery fails due to wrong address/phone number

  • Delay happens due to customer unavailability

4. Replacement / Problem Resolution

If any issue is found at delivery time and returned to us:

  • We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • If needed, we will repair the product or provide a new replacement.

Replacement Time

If a new shoe needs to be made:

  • It will take approximately 7 to 15 business days

  • Time depends on production and workload

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Inspect the product properly during delivery

  • Confirm size, design, and condition before making payment

  • Provide accurate delivery information (address and phone number)

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.

6. Product Images and Color Variations

We try our best to show accurate product images. However:

  • Product color may slightly vary due to lighting or device screen settings.

  • Handmade/custom products may have slight variations, which is normal.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page.
